The C 2000 IKA calorimeter is used to identify calorific values of different test samples. It is a mostly automated product that uses a static jacket for measuring but it can also work with a reduced-time solution if desired. This can be linked to a thermostat or a strong water connection in order to get it the cooling water it needs in order to stay fully functional. The C 2000 model has a console that makes it easy for you to adjust the unit, while an automatic water handling system can handle the calorimeter inner vessel as needed. It can fill the decomposition vessel with oxygen automatically and can even ignite automatically. This uses isoperibol and has a measurement time of around 22 minutes. It uses measurements in accordance with many validation procedures like the ISO 1928, ASTM D5865 and ASTM D5468 standards.
