The device, BIO25 M5-Sealer is an automated tube sealer built for sealing the PVC tubes, especially for the sets of the blood bag or the plasmapheresis. The BIO25 M5-Sealer, plasmapheresis or the blood bag set tube sealer is appropriate for the repeated operations to produce the blood components at the production site. The plastic cover easy swivels are used to protect the electrodes, which enables to clean the sealing heads easily. The BIO25 M5-Sealer, plasmapheresis or the blood bag set tube sealer performs the safe sealing for the required number of the tube segments which may vary from 1 to 5. Just a little twist of the sealed edges is enough to separate the sealed area. The distance between the sealing heads is adjustable in a range of 5 cm to 12 cm by the operator, based on the sample volume desired. The five segment's sealing time is modifiable from 5 seconds to 25 seconds based on the type of tube being used.
