We are looking for a new colleague for our application team, who has the desire to support us in the field of Women's Health in the area of Northern Germany - Hamburg, Bremen, Lower Saxony.

MTRA (m/f/d), full time role for a clinical application specialist in Breast & Skeletal Health, Hologic

Our clinical applications specialists are responsible for the support and training of new and existing customers on relevant product portfolio. This includes customer education and training with troubleshooting, pre-contract/installation site assessment, post contract/installation site management, tradeshow support and other educational activities.

They are responsible for building the customer relationship with special focus on clinical applications and interventions.  This team plays a key part in the effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.

This position will cover our Breast & Skeletal Health product portfolio and we are looking for a qualified radiographer with a strong customer focus to join us in this role.   

We are looking for a qualified MTRA/ Radiologic Technologist (m/f/d) with a strong customer focus for this role in Northern Germany.

Your key activities and responsibilities in our team:

  • Conduct training session for surgeons, radiologists, nurses, imaging technologists, sonographers and technical assistants on using the products
  • Schedule and conduct training and field support on products with customers
  • Represent the company at Conferences & Exhibitions
  • Provide input on educational material and assist with distribution to customer base
  • Communicate trends or customer needs to Hologic colleagues
  • Work closely with sales team and regional team to support clinical trials, data collection, customer and competitive feedback
  • Demonstrate knowledge on upgrade pathways and products – IBS, Software and Hardware

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Experience in the clinical environment in radiology, especially in mammography (mammography screening, specialist for mammography) and gladly also in breast interventions (not mandatory)
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Open-mindedness and confident appearance with our clients and customer
  • Pleasure in working in a team
  • Experience as an application specialist is ideal
  • Ability to build close relationships and skilled in dealing with people
  • Flexibility
  • Language skills: German and English fluently
  • Affinity for the use of modern EDP and its organizational tools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license of the appropriate class
  • Willingness to travel (75 - 80 % travel)
