Application Support Specialist, UK North

Role: Application Support Specialist, Breast Health Location: North UK Language: English Travel: 80% 

 Our clinical applications specialists are responsible for the support and training of new and existing customers on relevant product portfolio. This includes pre-contract/installation site assessment, post contract/installation site management, troubleshooting, customer education & training, tradeshow support and other educational activities. 

This position will cover our full breast health product portfolio and we are looking for a qualified Mammographer with a strong customer focus to join us in this role.   

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Qualified Mammographer/Radiographer with breast imaging experience
• Experience working directly for a vendor in a clinical support role is ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Holds current drivers license of relevant class
• Able to travel as required across the region
