ROLE PURPOSE

You will work closely with the Country Business Manager to develop, achieve and maintain business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution and team management for a specific Business Unit and within designated geographical Area. 

 

You will be responsible for coaching, developing and engaging their team and motivating them to achieve short, medium and long-term strategic plans and annual sales targets.  

 

You will be responsible for provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.  Effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.  Establish and maintain high level Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.  

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of successfully managing a high performing team within a growth organisation  in medical devices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrable coaching and mentoring techniques.
  • Accustomed to playing an active part in building successful sales strategies. 
  • Graduate Diploma or Business Administration qualifications – commitment to undertake or in progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SalesForce CRM and Oracle ERP systems
