We are on the hunt for an ambitious Territory Manager to embrace and drive our Diagnostics business in NSW and ACT.  You will represent a leading brand and promote the sale of Hologic’s premium Cytology, Molecular and Perinatal products to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. This is a real opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen, relationship building skills and molecular/cytology knowledge to own and drive results across your territory. You will be working in an environment where no two days are the same, so it is important that you are resilient and driven.

 

We are looking for born salespeople to join us. You are a natural communicator, able to build meaningful relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor. You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in Medical Science, Biomedical or a related discipline. It will be essential that you have a familiarity with the laboratory environment, either through previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting or sales. Molecular experience will be highly regarded. You have impeccable organisation, time management and customer service skills with an ability to function autonomously as a field-based representative, while also possessing a strong collaborative nature as you work within the ANZ Diagnostics team.

As part of this role, you will be required to hold a valid Australian driver license, a reliable car and flexibility/ability to travel within the assigned territory (with some overnight stays required). The nature of this role requires employees to attend hospitals, for this reason, evidence of Covid 19 vaccination is essential.
