Reporting to EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, the Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible within the Diabetes business for developing, planning and implementing nurse offline and online marketing activities, including segmentation and tailored messages as well as the establishment of nurse networks and nurse-specific communication and tools. 
To fulfill this position within the EMEA Diabetes Business, we are looking for a highly motivated team player with a proven record of successfully implementing projects within complex environments.

A Day in the Life
- Contribute to the establishment of the nurse marketing vision, strategy and objectives; 
- Drive the implementation of the nurse marketing and T&E plan at EMEA level; drive strong synergies with the regional Marketing and Training & Education team members to ensure the delivery of the plan at regional level, gather feedback and track KPIs;
- Develop therapy-related material and tools tailored to nurses’ needs and aligned with the nurse content strategy, working closely with the EMEA Diabetes Therapy Innovation and clinical&medical teams, as well as creative agencies; collaborate with EMEA countries for their implementation (and adaptation);
- Drive the adoption and implementation of the nurse segmentation, closely working with EMEA countries and the Sales Force Excellence team; 
- Gather and analyze insights, and challenge the status quo with the aim to drive meaningful innovation to the way Medtronic engages with nurses (online/offline), and to address the barriers nurses face ;
- Develop and lead a network of internal nurse SME in the countries; develop and manage a network of EMEA KOL nurses and support local SME in the establishment and management of local nurse networks; 
- Develop new and innovation communication channels and tools to maximize nurses’ awareness of our products, services and solutions, and to generate internal awareness and excitement around the nurse-related activities;
- Closely collaborate with different teams within the Marketing & Strategy structure (Customer, Patients and Payors marketing teams) to drive synergies for the initiatives; 
- Keep on-going communication with the EMEA countries to understand their needs and challenges and keep them informed of the nurse marketing priorities;
 
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Marketing or business Bachelor or Master
- 5+ marketing management experience in customer marketing, customer engagement, product management, or market development
- 3+ years marketing leadership responsibilities working with Global/European teams in a global company 
- Strong sense of prioritization, focus and ownership
- Positive and proactive mindset; can-do attitude
- Analytical and solution driven
- Resilience mindset, ability to see opportunities when facing difficult situations and challenges
- Ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural and matrix environment and to work effectively with sales teams and customers
- Proven ability to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and bring disruptive innovation to reach business objectives; courageous, able to take smart risks
- Highly motivated, strong team player, easy to work with 
- Adaptability and growth mindset
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) at all levels 
- Demonstrated integrity and respect 
- Fluent in English
- Travel requirement: <25%

Nice to Have
- Experience dealing with nurses
- Background in healthcare or in the FMCG industry
- Second European Language
- Additional education in Digital Marketing
