Position Summary

The Senor Director or Assistant Vice President of Transformation plays a key role in the development and implementation of performance-enhancing initiatives across RP. The role requires strategic thinking, infrastructure design, knowledge codification, and project management and interacts at a senior level with operational and clinical leaders across the Practice.

Position Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with the Vice President of Transformation to achieve the strategic initiatives of the Transformation team and Radiology Partners
  • Create and manage transformational clinical-operational programs, with the goal of helping local practices and individual radiologists operate more efficiently and effectively by
  • Developing and managing new programs that leverage non-physicians in innovative ways to increase physician experience and efficiency
  • Developing training programs to drive impact and scale of those programs
  • Leading analysis and interpretation of data to illuminate impact and generate action across Radiology Partners
  • Build and manage relationships internally with team members and externally with key practice leaders, practitioners and support teammates
  • Lead and facilitate meetings internally within Practice Excellence and externally with practice leadership, individual practitioners and support teammates
  • Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support Practice Excellence and Radiology Partners

Desired Professional Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in related field (MHA, MPH, MBA, MD, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience working with physicians and non-physicians to change workflow, clinical delivery, and/or other aspects of the medical service delivery landscape
  • 5+ years of overall healthcare operations experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading initiatives and complex projects involving process re-engineering, process improvement, and process optimization
  • 2+ years of management consulting experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Analytical skills, including advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Advanced skills communicating in PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment, securing buy-in and agreement through collaborative efforts
