Responsibilities:

• Establish partnerships with Brick & Mortar healthcare facilities to extend in-person care as needed for Plume’s services through business development and other networking relationships
• Lead strategy through contract execution for partnerships with Medical Specialty Networks, such as surgical care, as well as Behavioral Health Networks
• Drive other strategic partnership opportunities as needed to support Plume’s growth and business services
• Develop and manage a pipeline of several partners simultaneously across digital enablement and other stakeholders
• Oversee market research to identify competitor movements and upcoming solutions to keep Plume competitive in the digital healthcare space
• Working cross-functionally between internal and external executive audiences and bringing vital strategic partnerships to fruition
• Special ad hoc projects as needed to support Plume’s mission and business objectives

About You:

• A strong affinity for and understanding of the queer healthcare space (specific knowledge of the gender-affirming healthcare space and/or digital healthtech startups is a plus!)
• 5+ years in healthcare network development strategy, business development, and consulting, with strong strategic framing, and creative storytelling
• 8+ years of effectively managing a growing pipeline
• Strong experience with contract management, pricing strategies, negotiations with C-Suite stakeholders, and deal-closing within the healthcare ecosystem, including primary care, behavioral health networks, medical specialty networks (such as surgical care), clinics, pharmacies, and various other partners
• Experience in competitive landscape analysis and forecasting for organizations in the US healthcare ecosystem
