Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a Director of Pulmonary Medicine with an exemplary clinical practice record to direct pulmonary services at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.

Job Details

The Director’s primary responsibilities will be to develop a comprehensive and coordinated approach to pulmonary medicine across HHC’s Fairfield region and the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group (HHCMG). The Director will maintain a clinical practice with time allocated for administrative responsibilities

The Director will work in collaboration with leadership and other Pulmonologists to improve clinical operations and quality for pulmonology services, establish a single standard of care for all physicians and develop a comprehensive quality program for pulmonary services throughout the Fairfield region.

The candidate must possess strong leadership talent and exceptional communication skills as well as demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary program development. The Director will be responsible for developing pulmonary medicine services within SVMC to ensure one standard for patient care, and growing the pulmonology program.

Qualifications

Must be BC/BE Pulmonary Medicine.
