With our software solutions, we target segments within the healthcare industry; national-, and regional hospitals, primary care facilities, specialized clinics, radiology- and cardiology centers.

 

You are responsible for

Leading our product development program; including value proposition creation, release, and maintenance. You have an end-to-end scope (Customer needs and commitments, Sales, Service & Support, Marketing, Product Management, R&D) and focus on Quality and Regulatory compliance. Successful program managers utilize resource-, change- and project management in all its aspects. You will work with many (senior) partners across businesses, functions, locations, and cultures to:

  • Formulate and orchestrate the program portfolio to realize success in close consultation with product marketing and R&D.

  • Define and handle the program organization expertly with knowledge of the vital technological aspects, including the definition of appropriate sub-projects and mentorship of the project leaders.

  • Control the Program and Project activities in terms of quality, time, money, communication, staffing and structurally report to all levels in the organization while ensuring value creation and (business) risk management.

  • Improve and professionalize the structured program/project approach continuously to become more effective and optimize outcome.

  • Driving additional improvement programs within our Lean-Agile PMO team with a focus on customer satisfaction, serviceability, and quality.

 

You are a part of

You will be part of the PMO team of Cardiology Informatics, a small PMO team of (senior) professionals that are passionate about improving people’s lives and have broad responsibility for realizing business strategy, objectives, and operating plan for Cardiology Informatics. The team is based in two locations: Brazil and The Netherlands. This role is based in the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven that is entirely designed for software development/Agile processes and in which our marketing, operations and 'market-to-order' departments are situated as well. A suitable candidate could also be based in our Brazil office, Blumenau.

To succeed in this role, you have following skills and experience

 

Hard skills

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of work experience.

  • A proven track record/significant experience in program management.

  • Experienced in translating business strategy into action on program road map.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in Software Development.

  • You are certified in Project/Program Management and/or Scaled Agile Framework.

  • Proficient in English.

  • A proven track record in the Healthcare market and experience with quality management systems even as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA.820 is a definite plus.

Functional Skills

  • Excellent communicator, able to communicate program and business status accurately and succinctly to a variety of audiences.

  • Looking for a curious and flexible self-starter with perseverance and rigor on outcome, while keeping an eye on the people aspects and growth. A manager that initiates and drives improvements and pro-actively mitigates risks and dependencies.

  • A results-driven colleague with an entrepreneurial mindset that is dedicated to invest in him/herself and Cardiology Informatics.
