Agfa HealthCare is currently looking for a Sr. Customer Care Advocate to be responsible for the overall planning and execution of projects and activities that support the department vision and strategy.  This role will work with the various stakeholders to understand the marketplace, the business opportunities and how best to capture and operationalize those opportunities.

 

This is a remote position and it can be based anywhere in the United States 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Thorough understanding of Customer Support mission, vision and objectives. 
  • Work with the Customer Support Leadership Team to identify, define, develop and execute initiatives that support department strategy.
  • Focus on opportunities and initiatives that optimize the customer experience, streamlines workflows, reduces workloads, provides clarification and understanding to stakeholders, enhances customer success, employee success and provide revenue enhancement opportunities. 
  • Work with GSN to support a transition to a consistent and sustainable GRIP model promoting customer involvement and revenue enhancement.
  • Create Business Plans for larger approved projects that contribute to overall Agfa HealthCare business plan
  • Potential projects to be evaluated can include Database & Security Services, Security and Patch Management Services, Customer Empowerment Training, Database Management Services
  • Support transition of Customer Support to new Shared Model, SMA Renewals to Inside Sales, etc.
  • Create plans for ensuring customer loyalty as well as up-selling strategies to existing customers
  • Work with Global and Regional marketing to launch solutions into North America
  • Work with thought leaders to promote World Class Support Services

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Able to discuss Agfa’s strategy at the C/O level and bring a customized vision and value proposition to the customer which supports the hospital’s strategy

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Healthcare Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical customer interface role

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree
