Then come and join our global team as Senior Global Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to drive the development and successful execution of suitable go-to-market and sales approaches for our software business line Digital and Automation.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing & driving the successful implementation of worldwide go-to-market concepts and strategies (e.g., support the creation of business plans, ensure the efficacy of downstream processes, stakeholder management strategies including sales etc.) for the defined digital portfolio
  • You will drive the integration of new digital portfolio offerings and solutions with the sales force and regional management to create a sustainable and profitable business
  • You will work closely with customers and thought leaders to understand customer and organizational needs in a B2B environment
  • You will translate the dynamics of market needs and customers’ pain points in close alignment with the portfolio segment management to improve and enhance the digital offerings along the imaging value chain
  • You will create effective value propositions for both internal and external audiences
  • You will define and manage collaboration models with external parties and support in the negotiation of partnership terms
  • You will develop sales enablement concepts as part of market introductions for the Regional Business Management Team and ensure successful implementation together with the Marketing & Sales Education Manager

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree with a healthcare, life sciences, biomedical technology or business management background. MBA/PhD in sales/marketing is preferred
  • You have many years of professional experience in market analytics, go-to-market/sales, business modeling, and competitive analysis, ideally with a consulting background 
  • You have in-depth experience working in healthcare IT, sales excellence, business development, product management, partner management focusing on go-to market and product launches. Business development or solution sales experience in radiology/oncology/cardiology information systems, EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is highly desirable
  • You are familiar with innovation/co-creation methods (business model innovation, value proposition design) and are confident regarding their use with customers and partners


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a strong ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and provide high quality visual representations of achieved results. Knowledge of German is a plus
  • You possess strong commercial awareness that supports your understanding of different innovative business models and enables you to manage external partners effectively
  • We step boldly − You are self-motivated, solution-orientated and are capable of handling multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • You are experienced in interacting with cross-functional teams and are able to approach and successfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • International business trips are a welcome change for you (around 20%)
