Manager (w/m/d) Corporate Competitive Intelligence

The role can be carried out remotely in Germany.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You drive thorough and timely analysis of relevant competitors, their strategies and the overall competitive landscape in the key focus areas of our Healthcare business, as part of the Healthcare Strategy and M&A Group
• You develop a picture of our competitor’s strategies including scenarios on their potential next steps and the corresponding impact on Siemens Healthineers
• You play a proactive role in creating a a competitive intelligence network within and for Siemens Healthineers
• You support the evaluation of strategic options for our Healthcare businesses, i.e. including the preparation of specific partnering and M&A-proposals, and provide guidance and recommendations for our Healthcare Executive Management
• You are responsible for executing strategic projects and driving analysis of special strategic focus topics

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a university degree in natural sciences/engineering (preferably with a medical focus) or in business
• You have many years of work experience as an analyst in banking in the field of healthcare or -life sciences with many years of additional experience in a consulting firm and/or corporate competitive intelligence in a large healthcare/ life science company
• You have a very profound understanding of healthcare markets and company fundamental data; you are comfortable with business and financial analysis & research-orientated work

Your attributes and skills:

• You are business-fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• You have the ability to source, analyze, and present complex information in a clear, timely, concise, and effective manner
• You are a strategic and creative thinker with a curious mindset
• You have excellent communication and networking skills
