Job Title 

Occupational Health Nurse (Fixed Term)

 

In this role you will… 

  • Plan health surveillance activities (medical visits, laboratory tests, instrumental tests, etc.)

  • Collaborate in the management of medical and risk records

  • Update the company database, implements the activity management files and the schedule of the activities of the health service

  • Perform FIRST AID activities and administers medical therapy in emergency situations according to the doctor's instructions

  • Perform blood tests, nose and throat swabs, toxicological tests and activates the procedures for correct delivery to external laboratories

  • Check and fill in the forms to be sent to the competent authorities

  • Provide for the maintenance of the means provided at the infirmary and takes care of their supply

  • Compile periodic reports relating to health surveillance activities

  • Collaborate in all health promotion activities  

 

As Occupational Health Advisor you will collaborate with the occupational health physician in carrying out health activities pursuant to Italian D.lgs 81/2008 and GSK H&WB Standards and Guideline and provided for the organization of the GSK health service. You will also be responsible for carrying out nursing care at the Siena site.

  • Nursing degree

  • Basic knowledge of national and international laws and regulations on prevention, health and safety

  • Basic English language skills

  • Basic IT skills

  • Certificate BLS and pediatric BLS ​
