Connectathon - A five-day 'connectivity marathon' for testing the interoperability of health information systems.

It is a unique opportunity for vendors to test the interoperability of their products against IHE Porfiles in a structured and rigourous environment with peer vendors

The IHE-Europe Connectathon provides a unique opportunity for vendors to test the interoperability of their products in a structured environment with peer vendors. Participants test against multiple vendors using real world clinical scenarios following IHE Integration Profiles specifications.

The annual IHE Connectathon affords all companies, large and small, the opportunity to test their own products, across a variety of domains including Radiology, Cardiology, Pathology, Patient Care Devices, Patient Care Coordination, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and IT Infrastructure, along with those of their peer vendors.

Introducing testing of the new Dental Domain with the Integration Profile Secure Exchange of Dental Information (SEDI)

The last two years have seen national, regional and hospital tender procedures demand current independent demonstrations of IHE profile implementation competence by vendors and an increasing number of buyers are turning to the IHE Product Registry and Connectathon results pages which list Connectathon results, as part of their decision making process.

If you have never attended a Connectathon, please read the instructions on how to register.

Registration fees:

Flat price per system of €3,950 – excluding delegates.
Delegate charge per week - €590 per delegate.
For first time attendee companies, with 2 people included - €4,000 special package (applicable only to the first 20 new companies who register; eligibility is for participating companies who have NOT previously participated in the Connectathon – IHE-Europe or otherwise. So truly new attendee companies!)

How to get there

By Car (Due to IVM work on Binckhorst Avenue, we advise you to follow the below route)

From Amsterdam / Utrecht / Rotterdam: follow the A12 towards the Den Haag Centrum;
After the Prins Claus please keep right and take the first exit (number 4: Voorburg The Hague, Den Haag Binckhorst);
At the traffic lights at the end of the exit, turn left, then follow the Maanweg straight ahead;
At the end of Maanweg, follow the road to the right to the Binckhorstlaan;
Follow the blue sign "Binkhorst Berieikbaar"
Follow the yellow "Fokker Terminal" signs
The Fokker terminal has 400 private parking spaces and 8 electric charging stations
