We are delighted to welcome you all and announce the call for submissions for the Medical Informatics Europe (MIE) Conference to be held in Glasgow, Scotland, from 19-21 May 2025.


The conference theme is Intelligent health systems – From technology to data and knowledge.


We invite submissions of full papers, short communications, posters, panels and workshops.


Full Papers, Short Communication Papers and Posters will be published with open access in the IOS Press series Studies in Health Technology and Informatics collection indexed by Scopus, WOS, and PubMed.


The deadline for submitting full papers, short communications, and posters is 21 October 2024.


The deadline for proposing panels and workshops is 23 January 2025.

*** Any Full Paper/Short Communication Paper/Poster submission requires to have at least one author registered to the conference once accepted. Multiple submissions of Full Paper/Short Communication Paper/Poster require one distinct registration per each accepted submission. Disrespect of this usual EFMI/MIE rule will lead to submission acceptance cancellation.
