The International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) is the world's largest conference dedicated to healthcare simulation learning, research and scholarship, offering 250 sessions in various formats, from large plenary sessions to small, interactive immersive courses. It is also considered to be the educational and networking event for the simulation world.

IMSH 2018 General Session

General Session Registration includes: Plenary sessions, accredited educational courses, program materials, exhibit hall access, coffee breaks, two lunches and the IMSH 2018 Opening Reception & Party.

Preconference Courses - 4 Hours

$295. Each Preconference Course is 4 hours in duration, and includes a beverage break and PDF of program materials (if applicable). Attendees must purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Preconference Course registration. Purchase of a one day pass does NOT qualify attendees for Preconference Course registration.

Immersive Courses - 4 Hours

$295. Each Immersive Course is 4 hours in duration, and includes travel to and from the host site and PDF of program materials (if applicable). Refreshments during Immersive Courses are not available. Attendees must purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Immersive Course registration. Purchase of a one day pass does NOT qualify attendees for Immersive Course registration.

Certification Readiness Review Courses

$295. Each Readiness Review Course is 8 hours in duration, and includes test preparation materials, beverage breaks and lunch. Attendees are NOT required to purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Readiness Review Course registration. These courses will be held on Saturday, January 12 from 8AM to 5PM.

SSH Forum on Modeling & Simulation: Exploring the Opportunities

$375. The SSH Forum on Modeling & Simulation offers a maximum of 11 hours of accredited educational content, and is being held Friday, January 12 from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, January 13 from 8 AM to 12 PM. Registration includes morning beverages, lunch on Friday, a reception on Friday evening, and a PDF of program materials. Attendees are NOT required to purchase an IMSH General Session registration to purchase registration for the SSH Forum.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (US) on 1/04/18. $200 administrative fee is nonrefundable. No refunds after 1/04/18. Cancellation policy further defined on registration site.

Cancellation Policy

Before December 1, 2017: $100 administrative fee

December 2 - December 15, 2017: 25% of booth fee

December 16 - December 31, 2017: 50% of booth fee

January 1, 2018 - January 14, 2018: 100% of booth fee

Exhibitor Badges

Five (5) exhibitor hall badges for each 10x10 booth unit up to a MAXIMUM of 30 badges.

Additional hall badges are $395.00. There is no limit to number of additional hall badges at the rate of $395.00.

Educational booths are limited to two (2) exhibitor hall badges. The badges permit access to plenary sessions, Serious Games & Virtual Environments Arcade, Spectrum of Ideas and Professor Rounds. Badges also allow access to didactic sessions, workshops and panel presentations courses is on a space available basis, also at no charge.

In order to acquire Continuing Education Units exhibit personnel must be registered as a general session attendee.
