Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (“OIA”), headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, is a nationwide outpatient imaging provider and a market leader in developing joint ventures with health systems to build and operate outpatient imaging centers. OIA’s success in expanding access to excellent imaging services across the country has highlighted a need for ever more high-quality resources to navigate through the current healthcare environment and to prepare for future growth.

To this end, OIA announced the appointment of Amy Stout as President. Amy comes to OIA from Cranemere, a financial holding company that invests in companies, like OIA, for the long term – and where she served as an Operating Partner. Prior to joining Cranemere in 2020, Amy spent twenty years at The Advisory Board Company, a leading national provider of consulting services for healthcare best practices, research & technology. Her most recent role was serving as the CEO for Advisory Board Research (now a division of Optum), where she had full P&L responsibilities for the business.

Cannon King, CEO of OIA, said of Amy’s appointment: “I have spent much time with Amy over many months and feel fortunate that OIA has an opportunity to reap the benefits of her incredible depth of experience and relationships. She brings a can-do attitude and a thoughtful approach.”

Amy added, “I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the OIA team over the past year. This is a team with a unique competitive advantage, and I look forward to helping to drive its continued success in the healthcare marketplace.”
