This “Hands-On” event in hepatobiliary imaging is designed to familiarise and guide delegates through a range of hepatobiliary disorders. In six sessions delegates will be introduced not only to the more routine presentations of hepatobiliary disease but also the more atypical imaging signs of rare and complex disorders.

Delegates will have the opportunity to review the imaging of patients with hepatic and biliary disorders; imaging findings will be considered with the clinical profile to establish a diagnosis and, wherever possible, to decide on the correct management plan.

The specific topics to be covered are:

Diffuse liver diseases
Benign focal liver lesions
Malignant liver tumours
Biliary disorders
Pancreatic disorders

BY TRAIN

Nearest railway station is Birmingham New Street. Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street are also nearby.

BY BUS

The easiest routes are buses to Broad Street or Cambridge Street, where you can then follow the walking directions to IET Birmingham: Austin Court through the ICC on Broad Street.

BY CAR

There is limited parking outside the venue. Parking nearby includes the National Indoor Arena (pay-and-display), limited street parking (meters) in side streets opposite the NIA and on the south side of Broad St (A456) and Birmingham Newhall Street car park 0.6 miles away.
