This meeting covers the very important aspect of safe clinical practice, addressing a wide range of issues related to radiology errors.
It includes an understanding of errors in radiology, how to run an effective discrepancy meeting, dealing with medical negligence, and application of human factor in safe practice. Specific topics on pitfalls related to imaging of the thorax, breast, trauma, head and neck, musculo-skeletal and paediatrics radiology are highlighted.
