This course is designed to demonstrate how to accurately identify imaging findings that narrow the differential diagnosis for Musculoskeletal, Breast, Neuroradiology, PET and Thoracic Imaging in order to ensure optimal patient care. Maintenance of certification requires continued review of essential imaging techniques in all areas of radiology.

While addressing up-to-date imaging protocols in these areas, this course will cover topics including: imaging techniques and interpretations of femoroacetabular impingement, breast MR and breast cancer staging, current approach to pulmonary nodule assessment, imaging white matter diseases and interpretation of neurological and oncological PET/CT. The course will help radiologists and clinicians optimize imaging management in terms of appropriate selection of imaging parameters, sequences and exam selection, tailored to specific diagnoses or clinical conditions.
