Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course are non-refundable but may be exchanged for their full value for a voucher for future use for any live, webinar, or on-demand course that takes place within 13 months of the canceled course.

Webinar access is available for 6 months after the conclusion of the live presentations. CME credit must be claimed within 1 month after the course concludes.
