Your registration rate is determined on membership status at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email to the ACFAS Meetings Department at [email protected].
- Cancellation requests submitted in writing on or before January 30, 2026: Full refund of payment received less a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests submitted in writing after January 30, 2026: No refunds will be provided. Exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances only, such as medical issues or a death in the family.
- Workshop fees are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
An alternate attendee from the same organization may be substituted at any time prior to the conference start with no penalty. However, if the rate for the alternate attendee is higher, the rate difference must be paid at the time of substitution.
