Pagaria brings a wealth of global leadership experience and a clear vision for the future of ultrasound—a technology that continues to revolutionise patient care through precision diagnostics, minimally invasive procedures, and improved clinical efficiency. In his new role, he will oversee a global team of over 2,000 experts and lead one of the industry’s most dynamic portfolios, including a cutting-edge catheter business tailored to advanced interventional procedures.

 

Prior to this role, Pagaria served as Managing Director for Southern Europe at Siemens Healthineers, where he was instrumental in shaping strategic growth across Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Spain. Under his leadership, the region saw impactful partnerships, forward-thinking transformation, and a deepened commitment to value-based healthcare.

 

His transition into the ultrasound space underscores Siemens Healthineers' commitment to purposeful leadership and innovation at scale.
