Jacob J. Visser has been appointed Chair of the ESR Subspecialties and Allied Sciences Committee at the European Society of Radiology, marking a significant addition to his leadership portfolio within the organisation.
An experienced radiologist, CMIO and principal investigator in value-based radiology and AI, Visser brings deep expertise in clinical informatics, telehealth and integrated diagnostics. His appointment builds on his ongoing contributions, including serving on the ESR Executive Council and chairing the ESR Value-Based Radiology Subcommittee.
In this expanded role, Visser is expected to further strengthen collaboration across subspecialties and advance innovation at the intersection of radiology and digital health.
