CAR 2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Refund Deadlines and Fees:

Up to March 16, 2026: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Between March 16, 2026 and March 31, 2026: 50% refund.
After March 31, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy:

No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the event. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Event Cancellation

If, at any time, it is determined that the event will not take place in-person in April 2026 due to government-implemented health guidelines, participants will have the option to receive a full refund. No liability is assumed by the CAR for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. The CAR reserves the right to cancel this event, if deemed necessary, and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
