The ACR® 2025 annual meeting will take place at the Washington Hilton, May 3–7. This meeting provides an opportunity to take part in Council business meetings, Council elections, section-specific programming, the ACR Convocation, caucus meetings and more!

ACR 2025 Call for Abstracts
ACR members and nonmembers are invited to submit abstracts for ACR 2025.
Accepted abstracts will be displayed via e-poster format during the meeting, giving authors an opportunity to have their abstracts seen by experts in the field throughout the duration of the Annual Meeting. There are no live abstract presentations..
The abstract submission site will open early November 2024.
Call for Abstract Reviewers
The American College of Radiology® invites you to serve on the Abstract Review Committee. This is a two-year term in which you will be a part of ensuring abstract content is of high quality for the ACR Annual Meeting in 2025 and 2026. The deadline to sign up to be a reviewer is Jan. 20, 2025.
In-person or virtual registration is available for ACR 2025. Please note that while virtual participation is possible, in-person attendance is required to receive Council credentials to vote in ACR Elections and on Council business. All attendees will be able to participate in the Council meetings to provide testimony during open hearings, regardless of how they choose to attend the meeting.
Registration Deadline — April 10, 2025
Registration after this date will be subject to a late fee as outlined below:
- Medical Student Members: $25
- Resident or Fellow Members, Technologists and Allied Health Members: $50
- Members and ACR Chapter Staff: $75
- Non-Members: $100
