By Car

The proximity to the M50 motorway provides access to Ireland's motorway network, connecting all major urban cities nationwide.

Directions from city centre to the Hogan Stand

Driving from O’Connell Street in the City Centre, follow the signs for the N1 North onto Dorset Street. At the junction with the North Circular Road, turn right onto The North Circular Road. Continue through the next set of traffic lights and turn left onto St Margaret’s Avenue and continue down the lane through the gates into the Davin Carpark stand entrance. There is pedestrian access from the carpark onto Jones’ Road/Russell St. for the main entrance to the Hogan Stand.


Directions from the Airport/North

Follow directions for the city centre. Just before the railway overpass at the end of Drumcondra Road Lower, turn left onto Clonliffe Road. Turn right at the traffic lights and drive up Jones’ Road, by the Hogan stand entrance and continue up to the lights. Turn left onto the North Circular and continue 50m, taking a left down St. Margaret’s Avenue and through the gates into the Davin carpark.

Car Parking:

There are 600 free car parking spaces for attendees at Croke Park Stadium.

These spaces are provided at the Davin Carpark located to the north (for the Hogan Stand). Please click here for further direction.


By Rail:

DART/LUAS (Trams)

Both the DART and LUAS networks provide excellent tram services from many different parts of Dublin. In most cases 'park & ride' is available at various stations along the route. Take the Luas Red Line to Connolly Station and Croke Park is just a 15 minute walk from here. To get the walking map, click here.

Irish Rail

Iarnród Éireann provides convenient travel services for anyone travelling to Croke Park from rail connected locations around the country. In addition to scheduled services, special additional trains are provided on event days. Extra local services are operated to and from Maynooth station on event days. By Bus:

Dublin Bus offers a high-frequency, accessible and easy to use service from all over Dublin. A number of services bring you quite close to Croke Park and many others will get you to the city centre from where the stadium is a 15 minute walk.

Croke Park is a short 20 minute car journey from Dublin Airport, situated around 10km north of the city, and is easily accessed via the M50 and the M1.
