A WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT
To all professionals and teams working in resuscitation and multidisciplinary intensive care,
To all partners and supporters of the Intensive Care Unit,
As every year, the Intensive Care Congress is your event, whether you are an intensive care professional or work with teams in intensive care.
After an even more interactive and innovative 2025 edition, this essential event will allow you to enhance your training, exchange ideas, share your experiences, and stay informed in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
We will be very happy to welcome you from June 10th to 12th, 2026 at the Palais des Congrès Porte Maillot in Paris!
For those unable to attend in person, or who work on other continents or islands, registration for exclusive online access is available. This allows you to view all sessions on demand.
Registration for in-person attendance also grants access to all on-demand content.
As every year, all areas of expertise have been combined to create a rich, comprehensive, and essential training program covering both common and more specific topics.
Actions supporting medical and paramedical research, quality of life and working conditions, gender equality, the inclusion of patients, families, and loved ones, environmental protection, and the decarbonization of healthcare drive our thinking and our vision for the future of intensive care.
Interactive sessions (simulation or hands-on workshops, roundtables) are held in the Simulation Village, at the heart of the congress.
The SIM Challenge encourages young teams to evaluate and test themselves using simulated scenarios in a spirit of fun and serious competition.
Joint sessions with other learned societies strengthen our interactions with colleagues from other disciplines and enrich our programs.
Sessions with institutional partners contribute to an even stronger and more visible commitment to all public health missions.
Sessions across all components of Intensive Care allow us to share reflections and discuss the challenges of Intensive Care in a spirit of collaboration and cohesion.
It is thanks to your suggestions, your trust, and your continued support that the Intensive Care Congress continues to grow and expand to better meet our training and care requirements, ensuring improved quality and safety of care for patients and their families during and after their stay in intensive care. This allows us to evaluate and improve our practices, and enhance the quality of life and working conditions within our intensive care and general intensive care units.
Finally, thank you to all our partners and supporters for their presence and participation in the Intensive Care Congress. Come and meet them throughout the Congress and share moments of exchange and conviviality with them!
Professor Muriel Fartoukh
