In case of limitations of number of participants due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, registrants will be admitted based on the “first come-first served” rule (date of registration will be considered), until the maximum number allowed is reached.

Online pre-registrations should be submitted before May 12, 2026. Later registrations are possible on-site only.

Registration fees include: congress bag, badge, attendance certificate, coffee breaks and any other catering services included in the program.

* Pre-registration should be submitted online at www.smartonweb.org or www.startpromotion.it. During the pre- registration procedure, Nurses will be required to upload a document proving their status. The congress bag is guaranteed only to pre- registered participants.

# Registration for Visitors is mandatory. The Visitor Badge gives access to all SMART areas/spaces except for Scientific Halls and Simulation Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be paid ONLY for cancellations notified in writing before April 30, 2026. No refund is due for later cancellations
