General Information

Language

The official language of the meeting is English.

The time zone in Vilnius is Eastern European Time (EET) (GMT +2 hours)

Liability and Insurance

The Meeting​ Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participant. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Currency

From 1st January 2015, the official Lithuanian Currency will be the Euro.

Safety and Security

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
