The European Commission Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) makes policies, programmes and projects with the aim of implementing the European Digital Agenda. This work has a wide impact on many people and organisations.

In order to maximise the benefits of today's ICT developments and address societal changes they bring along, DG CONNECT is committed to improving interaction with individuals, groups and organisations to effectively deliver the Digital Agenda for Europe.

Therefore, DG CONNECT has invited key stakeholders take part in a survey. The objectives are to:

get a better understanding of who DG CONNECT's stakeholders are

get an overview of how DG CONNECT is perceived

identify areas of improvement

establish a baseline scenario to measure progress

Answers will feed into a strategy, which aims at further developing DG CONNECT's relations with different types of stakeholders.

Please note that DG CONNECT changed names from DG Information Society and Media (DG INFSO) on 1 July 2012. This survey refers to your experience with either DG CONNECT or DG INFSO over the last 12 months.

The survey takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete and all answers will remain anonymous.

The survey will remain open until 2 December 2012.

A summary of the results of the survey will be published in January 2013 on the Digital Agenda for Europe website (http://ec.europa.eu/digital-agenda).
