Siemens K.K. a 51 percent equity stakeholder. The share transfer means that Mochida Siemens Medical Systems Co., Ltd. will become a fully consolidated subsidiary of Siemens and an equity-consolidated affiliate of Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
