If you're planning to attend HealthAchieve this year, you'll want to spend some time really planning your visit!

From all the exciting activities taking place during the event, to opportunities to explore the city and making your travel and accommodation arrangements, this is the place to get started.

HealthAchieve Show Management has negotiated special travel discounts for delegates and exhibitors attending the show. When making reservations, please be sure to inform the Reservations Staff that you will be attending HealthAchieve 2015, and mention the promotional codes specified below in order to qualify for the special rates.

CAR RENTAL

Hertz Car Rental

Rates will differ depending on the vehicle of your choice. Reservations can be made through the Hertz Meeting Sales Desk at 1-800-654-2240, and please specify the code: CV#03GR0011. To book online, please click here.

TRAIN

Via Rail Canada

VIA Rail Canada will offer a 10% discount towards the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper, or Sleeper Plus Class. The discount does not apply to any Escape Class fares. Reservations may be made by calling 1-888-842-7245 or online atwww.viarail.ca. When booking, please refer to the code: 13022.

AIR TRAVEL

Air Canada
Air Canada will offer up to a 10% discount off at the time of booking, except Tango fares and Executive Class lowest bookings, for travel within Canada or between Canada and the US. Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-247-2262 or online at www.aircanada.com. When booking, please specify the code: RBT97BF1.

WestJet
WestJet will offer a 10% discount off the best available 10 per cent discount off of our best-available Econo and Flex fares available at the time of the booking. To book reservations using this discount code, please advise your contact the WestJet Groups department at 1-888-493-7853 . When booking, please refer to the code: CC5958.

Porter Airlines
Porter Airlines will offer a 10% discount on all available base fares (with the exception of the lowest class fare during a public seat sale.) Reservations online at www.flyporter.com or through your travel agent. When booking, please quote the code: HA2015.

HealthAchieve Show Management has negotiated special room rates for delegates and exhibitors attending the show.
Remember to book early to ensure your choice of hotel. When making hotel reservations, please inform the hotel staff at the Reservations Desk that you will be attending HealthAchieve 2015, in order to qualify for special hotel rates. Rates below are quoted for single/double rooms and all hotels are located close to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

All bookings are subject to the policies of the participating hotel. In most cases, a deposit will be requred in order to secure the booking.
