This interdisciplinary symposium focuses on new and practical issues facing healthcare professionals caring for the critically-ill neurological patient.

Day 1: Participants will engage with expert faculty as they deliberate how to manage critically-ill neurological patients according to the most recent evidence and literature findings.

This year's symposium includes keynote lectures from Jose Suarez, MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Gretchen Brophy, PharmD from Virginia Commonwealth University.

NEW THIS YEAR! Attendees will be able to tailor their education by selecting from eight breakout sessions.

Day 2: Participants will further enhance their learning through four practical workshops, reflecting real-life, patient cases faced by critical care practitioners. They will assess their level of knowledge and performance in intense critical care situations through the following case scenarios:

Status Epilepticus
Brain Death
MCA Stroke
