Gina Sandon has taken on a new role as Director, Corporate Development, M&A, Confluent Co-Integration Executive at IBM M&A. A seasoned change agent, Gina has led over 40 major merger integrations and divestitures, including the $34B (€29B) Red Hat integration, $19B (€16B) Kyndryl divestiture and the $4.6B (€3.9B) Apptio acquisition.

 

In her new position, she will co-lead the integration of Confluent into IBM, leveraging her expertise in transformation, post-close integration and cross-functional leadership across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams globally. Gina brings a wealth of GTM and technology experience, with a strong focus on maximising the operational and financial value of inorganic growth initiatives.

 

A thought leader on M&A integration and distributed workforce trends, Gina continues to drive innovation and deliver results at the intersection of strategy, technology and talent.
