Erika Zepezauer has been appointed Senior Marketing Lead for Medication Management Solutions at BD, based in the United Kingdom. In the role, she leads the regional marketing strategy across Northern Europe, focusing on portfolio growth, solution adoption and value-based engagement across hospital and healthcare systems, while collaborating with commercial, clinical, service and EMEA stakeholders to deliver insight-driven go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining BD, Zepezauer worked as an independent project consultant supporting healthcare and medtech companies on strategic market planning, business development and go-to-market positioning. She also served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Kintiga, where she led a pan-European rebranding and digital transformation programme for the rare disease and advanced therapies consultancy, building an integrated marketing team and strengthening digital business communications.
