ICCA is proud to announce the ICCA Future of Healthcare Meetings will take place this year on 1-3 October 2025, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The Future of Healthcare Meetings will bring together all stakeholders including healthcare professionals, healthcare association leaders and meeting suppliers to collaboratively explore how healthcare meetings should evolve to stay relevant and engaging for future generations.

Düsseldorf is a leading hub for medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation in Europe. Its world-class infrastructure, its excellent venues and central location makes this city ideal for the next Future of Healthcare Meetings.

The event will take place at the CCD Convention Center Düsseldorf, a state-of-the-art conference and convention centre right on the banks of the Rhine.

ICCA Members who would like to meet and share experience with executives representing healthcare associations in Europe and beyond and learn how they can support healthcare associations in their current and future meeting requirements.

Association Executives

Healthcare association leaders seeking to evolve their services to remain relevant and engaging for future generations are invited to join this event. Open to all association healthcare executives, participation is not limited to ICCA Verified Associations.

This event is open to ICCA members, observers, and healthcare association executives (including but not limited to ICCA Verified Associations).

Please note that in order to offer equal opportunity to the community, ICCA Members are limited to one participant per company.

A limited number of fully hosted places will be sponsored by the host Düsseldorf and available for associations by application only.

Observer registrations will be reviewed and subject to approval. ICCA reserves the right to accept or reject the registration.

Please note that places for ICCA members and observers will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis. To assure a good balance between meeting suppliers and associations attending, member and observer registration may be capped.
