Rhesus Healthcare is pleased to announce it has formed a Joint Venture company

with 3F Medical Systems.

The new company is called Rhesus-3F Medical Systems and will focus on developing, manufacturing and sales of medical devices for the global market, including China.

Both Rhesus Healthcare and 3F Medical Systems recognise the potential for growing their medical business.

o Health IT portfolio including EMS.

o Chronic disease management.

o Cardiology solutions.

o Primary Care.

o Contract Manufacturing.
