Welcome to the European Cardiac Arrhythmia Society (ECAS)ECAS is the first independent European Society dedicated to the field of Cardiac Arrhythmias or heart rhythm disturbances.
Its main mission is to promote excellence in the care of patients with cardiac arrhythmias by improving the education of physicians and allied professionals in charge of arrhythmia patients and provide information on rhythm disturbances to the general public.

Plenary Sessions and Symposia will cover the various hot topics of modern arrhythmology and will be addressed by internationally known speakers. Two major topics will be highlighted this year ablation techniques for cardiac arrhythmias and arrhythmias in the presence of hear disease.
Workshops : Workshops on practical aspects of clinical arrhythmology four of which were particularly successful in previous years will be part of the 2015 program:
Update on catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation
Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)
CRT and Pacemaker ECG interpretation
Recent developments in anticoagulation for stroke prevention.
